If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At ShoppeInsideOut.com, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order; our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY.
- ALL SALE ITEMS; INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY/WEEK, ACCESSORIES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Please complete the Return Authorization Form located on your invoice and mail back to us within 5 business days of you receiving the package. (We have discontinued the need for Return Authorization Number via email!)
- If merchandise is received after the 5 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
- InsideOut reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping.
- Shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice. InsideOut reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer.

PLEASE NOTE: InsideOut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, not including holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
The InsideOut fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.

U.S. STANDARD
Orders shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage typically arrive in 2-3 business days for the United States.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.
LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup is currently available for those living in Mobile and the surrounding areas. To ensure a smooth and efficient local pickup process, please review our pickup policy below:

Notification of Availability: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via your preferred method of contact. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

Pickup Window: Orders should be picked up within 7 business days of receiving the notification of availability.

Identification: Please bring a valid photo ID and the order confirmation number when you come to pick up your order. If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, please inform us in advance and ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Storage and Responsibility: Orders not picked up within 7 business days will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the notification date. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, the store reserves the right to cancel the order. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of merchandise after 30 days from the notification date.

No Refunds or Credits: Please be aware that we will not issue refunds or store credits for orders that are not picked up within the 30-day window.
CANCELING ORDER
Due to an unforeseen event, the item(s) you order may suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.
