• Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY.
• ALL SALE ITEMS; INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY/WEEK, ACCESSORIES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
• Return packages must be received within 7 business days after the date you received your package.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
• InsideOut reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping.

• A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise.
• Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
• If merchandise is received after the 7 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Shipping cost are not refundable.
• All shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: InsideOut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, not including holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
The InsideOut fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays and weekends are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item(s) you order may suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
