Returns
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At InsideOut.com, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order; our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better.
• Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY
• ALL SALE ITEMS,ACCESSORIES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE
• Return packages must be received within 7 business days after the date you received your package
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached
• InsideOut reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping
• Items received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded
• If merchandise is received after the 7 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit
• Shipping costs are not refundable
• All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business daysÂ
• InsideOut reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer

PLEASE NOTE: InsideOut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@shoppeinsideout.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items are Final Sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at orders@shoppeinsideout.com and send your item to: PO BOX 180034

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will notify the gift giver and provide them with the credit.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
